Yvonne Alers is an Integrative Life Coach, Soul-Work Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Vibrational Therapist, and EFT Practitioner serving Massachusetts’ North Shore and Southern New Hampshire. Her own journey of overcoming personal roadblocks inspired her to begin coaching in 2023, turning a passion for self-discovery into a path of service.
Blending both practical tools and spiritual insight, Yvonne creates a compassionate space for clients to heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strength. Her integrative approach draws on life coaching, hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, Reiki, and soul-work practices such as the Akashic Records, allowing her to support transformation on multiple levels — mind, heart, and spirit.
Deeply connected to her community and heritage, Yvonne also leads sacred circles for Latina women, helping others awaken their wisdom and reclaim ancestral strength. Whether guiding someone through life transitions, releasing emotional blockages, or finding clarity of purpose, she is dedicated to helping each client step into wholeness with confidence and peace.
